IOCL Recruitment 2026 Apply Online: 394 Apprentice Posts, Eligibility, Selection Process - Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has officially released the IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 notification for 394 Apprentice posts in the Pipelines Division. This recruitment is conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and amended Apprenticeship Rules.

Eligible candidates can apply online from 28 January 2026 to 10 February 2026 through NAPS/NATS portals and the Indian Oil Pipelines application portal.

🎓 IOCL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2026

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / Graduation / 12th Pass as per trade

• Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)

• Qualification must be completed on or before 31 January 2026

• Higher qualification holders (BE/BTech/MBA etc.) are NOT eligible

• Distance / part-time courses are not accepted

Age Limit (as on 31-01-2026)

• Minimum: 18 Years

• Maximum: 24 Years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST – 5 Years

• OBC (NCL) – 3 Years

• PwBD – 10 Years

💰 IOCL Apprentice Stipend 2026

• Stipend will be paid as per Apprentices Act & Rules

• No HRA, accommodation, medical or travel allowance

• Apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent job

Selection will be based on:

• Merit list prepared from qualification marks

• Tie-breaking:
